In order to influence Nigeria’s future, the African Democratic Congress, or ADC, has entrusted new members who recently defected into the party with unity of purpose.
On Saturday, the opposition coalition called for new members to join the party in a post on its official X handle.
Recall that last Wednesday, in front of the 2027 general election, prominent Southeast leaders, including former Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi, defected to the ADC.
“We are pleased to welcome Honorable Members and Distinguished Senators who have joined the African Democratic Congress, or ADC.
The party stated in X, “Together, we strengthen the movement for people-centered leadership and national renewal.”
