JAMB Reschedules 2025 UTME Mock Test, Now Set for April 10
The date of the 2025 Mock Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) has been moved from April 5 to April 10 by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
News reporters in Abuja were given access to the board’s weekly bulletin on Monday, which includes this information.
The bulletin states that the change was made to make sure that all preparations were made and that a number of innovations and improvements were made to make the test one of the greatest in history.
It said that the rescheduling was also necessary to make room for the exercise’s expanded number of testing locations.
“The main UTME will begin on April 25, 2025, while the mock UTME, which was originally scheduled for Saturday, April 5, 2025, will now take place on Thursday, April 10, 2025.

The board acknowledges the need for creative ways to maximize the simulated exercise’s intended purpose in accordance with international best practices and current research on examination procedures in our region.
The statement stated that candidates should wait for the announcement about the printing of their mock notification slip, which would include information on the location of their testing facility. (nan)
