Ian Wright, a great of Arsenal, has urged the Premier League team to try to sign Ademola Lookman from Atalanta.
After the Serie A team turned down many proposals from Inter Milan, Lookman has already sent in a transfer request.
Wright thinks the forward for the Super Eagles is a “top player” with “unfinished business” in England.
He believes Lookman has the potential to help Arsenal win the Premier League for the first time.
“I hope we can buy him, Arsenal,” Wright stated on his show.
“I wish someone like him would return to the Premier League and declare, ‘Listen, I have to help Arsenal win the league because I have unfinished business here.'”
“But I just admire his journey and it’s unbelievable that he’s now rightfully recognized as a top player.”
