Violent Scene: Como, Real Betis Players Exchange Blows During Match
A major altercation broke out between players from Como and Real Betis during Wednesday’s preseason friendly match, sending the game into disarray.
This happened after Como star Maximo Perrone and Real Betis player Pablo Fornals clashed at the end of the first half in Cadiz.
After Fornals seemed to strike Perrone, the Como midfielder attempted to strike back.

After that, Como and Real Betis players hurried to stop it, and many of them ended up getting into their own grappling matches.
Fornals miraculously escaped a red card even though he delivered the blow that started the mayhem.
However, Perrone and former Arsenal player Hector Bellerin were sent off by the referee.
When the altercation started at halftime at the Estadio Municipal de La Linea de la Concepcion, Como was leading 2-0.
Ivan Azon’s goal in stoppage time handed Cesc Fabregas’ team a 3-2 victory after Real Betis rallied to even the score at 2-2.
