The 30-year-old housemate from Big Brother Naija held a housewarming party to commemorate the milestone.
Singh gave her admirers a tour of her new house on Instagram by posting sneak peeks.
The property has chic interiors and a sleek white exterior.
Nini led viewers through the living area in the film, which is equipped with contemporary couches, coffee tables, and a plasma TV.
She also displayed her closet, which was stocked with high-end apparel, accessories, handbags, and shoes.
The completely furnished kitchen, bedrooms, and other areas of the property were further revealed throughout the tour.
This occurs a few days after Mercy Chinenye Eke, one of her coworkers, celebrated her birthday by buying a new house in Lagos.
She reportedly posted a video of the house’s façade on her Instagram page before entering and dancing while clutching the key to convey her happiness.
She called the new home, which is her third residence in Lagos, a godsend and evidence of her growth since her early years in Imo State.
She claimed that the self-gift enhanced the significance of her birthday.
