Dede, the runner-up of Big Brother Naija Season 10, has explained why she is unable to date her former roommate Kola.
According to reports, Kola and Dede had a complex connection during the show, with the latter demanding romance even after the former informed him that she was in a committed relationship outside of the show.
Dede acknowledged liking Kola in a post-show interview with Ebuka, calling him “an amazing person.”
She clarified, though, that she doesn’t approve of him enough to pursue a romantic relationship.
Even though I enjoy Kola, it is insufficient for a relationship. Yes, I like him. He is a truly remarkable individual. No matter what, I would never stop praising him. However, it’s insufficient for what we believed it to be,” she said.
At one point during the broadcast, Dede disclosed that she became disinterested in her relationship with Kola.
