Despite their close relationship, Big Brother Naija Season 10 finalist Kola Omotosho has stated that he is unable to date or wed Opeyemi Ayanwale, also known as Imisi, the season’s victor.
Recall that people tipped Kola and Imisi for a love relationship because they were so close on the reality show.
On the show, the two had a platonic connection despite their chemistry, even calling each other siblings.
They made a few public appearances together after the program finished, which led some fans to keep speculating about a romance.
In response to a fan during a recent livestream, Kola addressed the matter by stating that Imisi is his “sister” and emphasizing that he is unable to date or wed her.
Since Imisi is my sister, I am unable to wed her. I’m at my place, and Imisi is at hers. He screamed at supporters who were urging him to date Imisi, “Please, can we make this about me?”
Dede was in a committed relationship outside of the program, so even though Kola was attracted to her romantically, their relationship remained platonic.
In a post-show interview, Dede said that even if she had been unmarried, she would not have dated Kola because they are incompatible.
