Ned Nwoko Says He Wants Regina Daniels Alive for Their Children
Senator Ned Nwoko has stated that Regina Daniels, his troubled wife, needs to go through rehabilitation in order to protect her life and make sure she is mentally sound enough to raise their kids.
This was said by the legislator on Sunday in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria in Abuja.
Nwoko stated that a number of “alarming toxicology results” and the actress’s abrupt behavioral change are the reasons behind his insistence on rehabilitation.
He claimed that Regina’s once-calm disposition had given way to destructive and violent inclinations, as well as frequent health crises.
“I want her alive and healthy, not just for myself, but for our children,” he declared.
“We have two young children together, and since they are unable to defend themselves, I will defend their mother on their behalf.”
The senator revealed that he had taken Regina to Nizamiye Hospital three times after she allegedly overdosed on drugs.
“I’ve had this issue for a solid eight months. I had to transport her to Nizamiye Hospital three times after she overdosed on drugs, and you can go confirm it,” he continued.
Nwoko said that anyone who discouraged her from pursuing appropriate recovery was an enemy to both mother and children, and he showed toxicological data that he claimed validated the drug-abuse issues.
“Baseless distractions” is how he characterized Regina’s mother and brothers’ recent social media denial.
“She and her mother are living in denial, which is why I am saying that everyone has to calm down and work together to save her,” he stated.
“Let her see any toxicologist of their choosing if her mother and supporters truly wish to disprove me. I’ll pay for it.
In response to inquiries from the public over what might have caused Regina to start using drugs, Nwoko charged that some of her siblings and their acquaintances had a bad influence on her.
“I don’t think it’s bad to trust her siblings and their friends around my wife, but her brother, Sammy, and his friends have influenced her,” he stated.
“Her close friends and relatives that I trusted around her are taking advantage of her resources to provide her with drugs, which has left her addicted.”
He continued by saying that the same circle “smuggled in” drugs she was attempting to give up every time she made progress.
Nwoko also denounced a recent claim made by Regina’s mother, Rita Daniels, that one of his sons had overdosed on drugs and died in the UK.
He insisted that no autopsy connected his son’s death to drug-related issues, calling the assertion “an inhuman attack.”
When Regina declared she was no longer interested in the marriage and accused the senator of physically abusing her, the continuous marital conflict came to light.
Regina’s recent behavior, according to Nwoko, is related to substance misuse and necessitates medical attention.
