‘Christian Genocide Should Trouble Everyone’ — Youths Tackle Tinubu’s Aide, Bwala

Daniel Bwala, an assistant to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has disputed with the Youth Wing of the Christians Association of Nigeria over Christian genocide in Nigeria.

The fact that Christian genocide does not impact Bwala and his family is regrettable, according to YOWICAN.

During his speech at the convention over the weekend in Jalingo, Taraba State, YOWICAN National Secretary Bako Adashu Elijah revealed this.

This occurs as Bwala continuously maintains that the allegation of Christian genocide in Nigeria is false.

Elijah, however, reaffirmed that there is actual Christian murder in Nigeria, particularly in the northeast.

He claimed that the recent “wake-up call” issued by US President Donald Trump on the purported murder of Christians in Nigeria has once again brought attention to the nation’s persistent problems on a worldwide scale.

“Our stance as YOWICAN has not changed: genocide has occurred and is still occurring in certain areas of Nigeria.

Any effort to minimize or misrepresent this reality is the result of media deception.

“Our Reaction to Daniel Bwala. We humbly address the response of our father and older brother, Mr. Daniel Bwala, to our previous request to the Nigerian President. Thankfully, Mr. Bwala hails from Borno State in the northeast. It is regrettable if the threat of Christian genocide does not impact his family or his people because he is currently enjoying the comforts of administration.

He reaffirmed the demand that Nuhu Ribadu, Nigeria’s National Security Advisor, be replaced due to persistent insecurity occurrences.

The urgent need for capable, effective, and responsive national security leadership is the foundation of our request to replace Mr. Nuhu Ribadu as National Security Advisor.

As a result, we reiterate our request today: “Mr. President, kindly replace the National Security Adviser.”
