Adesua Etomi-Wellington, a Nollywood actress, has talked about a near-fatal health scare she had in June while visiting the UK with her husband, Banky W, and their two sons.
The actress disclosed that she had an emergency operation that could have ended her life in an emotional Instagram post, calling the event both harrowing and life-changing.
She wrote, “I might have died in June.” “I had a terrible experience that culminated in an unforeseen surgery, and oddly, the surgery itself was the least dramatic aspect of it all.”
Adesua clarified that the incident happened during her two speaking engagements in the UK.
She attributed her survival to divine intervention, stating that all the circumstances of that day came together to save her life.
“I wouldn’t be here today if even one thing had been different. She said, “I shudder when I think about it.”
The actress from Sugar Rush claimed that the experience strengthened her faith and made her appreciate life even more.
“No one can convince me that God doesn’t exist,” she said.
She continued by urging her followers to be compassionate and to value every day.
“Let’s decide to be more patient, loving, calm, forgiving, kinder, gentler, and softer. “Neither you nor I will ever take another day for granted,” she continued.
