After a team task on Thursday night, a dispute between housemates Zita and Rooboy turned physical, sparking drama in the Big Brother Naija Season 10 house.
The altercation started when Zita accused Rooboy of interfering with her group’s performance during Team Pineapple’s game session.
He was severely reprimanded by her for “blowing things out of proportion” and for lacking situational awareness.
However, Rooboy justified himself by claiming that he had already expressed regret to the team.
Simon Ekpa is sentenced to six years in jail by a Finnish court for terrorism.
He turned to his fellow housemates for confirmation and said, “I just know your teammates were pairing and I apologised.”
He said, “Sultana, Mensan, I don’t apologize to Una.”
Zita rejected his justification, claiming that Rooboy never expressed regret to her directly.
Kola, another roommate, intervened, speculating that Rooboy’s apologies might have been generic rather than targeted at her in particular.
What started off as a heated argument quickly devolved into insult exchanges.
Zita aggressively replied as Rooboy yelled at her, calling her “dumb.” “You’re also very stupid, dumb ass man,” she said.
As the argument grew more heated, Zita said, “Don’t annoy me, Rooboy.”
“What are you going to do if I annoy you?” Rooboy retorted.
When Zita flung a plate of Indomie at him, the argument erupted.
The other housemates were left astonished when Rooboy struck her in response.
Isabella contacted Zita right away, asking why she had provoked him by flinging food at him.
It is anticipated that the show’s organizers would take disciplinary action due to the confrontation, which included both physical aggression and the throwing of an object.
Similar to other international reality TV series, Big Brother Naija forbids any physical altercations or actions that put other housemates in danger.
