Billboard has crowned Trinidadian artist Nicki Minaj the greatest female rapper of all time.
Queen Latifah, Lauryn Hill, and Missy Elliott were among the hip-hop legends listed on the Billboard staff’s choice of the Best Female Rappers of All Time.
Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion, Nicki Minaj’s competitors, unexpectedly placed outside of the top 10.
At number 2, 3, 4, and 5, respectively, Minaj was at the top of the list, followed by Missy Elliott, Lauryn Hill, Lil’ Kim, and Queen Latifah.
The remaining ten were Foxy Brown, Roxanne Shanté, Eve, Salt-N-Pepa, and MC Lyte.
Cardi B was at number eleven, and Megan Thee Stallion was at number fifteen.
Nicki Minaj has not yet received a Grammy, even though many music fans consider her to be the best female rapper in history.
Both Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion, her competitors, have Grammys in the rap category.
