Breaking: Court Approves DSS Medical Facility for Nnamdi Kanu

The Department of State Services’ (DSS) medical facility has been approved by the Federal High Court in Abuja to provide medical care for Nnamdi Kanu.

At the same time, the court informed the incarcerated IPOB leader that he has till October 30 to conclude his defense.

Aloy Ejimakor, one of Kanu’s attorneys, revealed on X that the judge determined that the Department of State Services’ (DSS) medical facility is sufficient for Kanu’s medical needs.

In order to start Kanu’s defense, the court postponed the current trial until October 23, 2025.

“MAZI NNAMDI KANU’s case has been postponed to October 23, 2025, in order to “commence his defense.” According to Ejimakor, the judge also decided that MNK has till October 30th to conclude his defense and that the DSS medical facility is sufficient for his medical needs.

According to the DAILY POST, Kanu is presently on trial in the nation for a terrorism-related offense that the federal government has allegedly brought against him.
