Child Traffickers Caught in Oyigbo, Confess to Earning ₦800K Per Victim

After reportedly kidnapping a child and confessing to earning ₦800,000 for the act, two people accused of child trafficking were arrested.
The suspects were seen during a community-led operation in a viral video posted by user @PH_Socials on X (previously Twitter), which brought attention to the issue. Two men and two women make up the group in question, according to the video, although only the male suspects have apparently been taken into custody thus far.
The suspects are identified as members of a child trafficking network that operates in the Oyigbo Local Government Area by a voice in the video’s background.
These individuals have been involved in child trafficking in Oyigbo Local Government. The speaker said that the culprits had amassed ₦800,000 for the stolen youngster and declared, “We’ve caught them.”

Social media users are demanding a thorough investigation and prompt punishment in response to the alarming disclosure, which has caused significant worry online.
