Louis Saha, a former striker for Manchester United, has encouraged his former team not to sign Liam Delap, a 22-year-old striker, for manager Reuben Amorim.

The Frenchman claims that relying on the youthful attacker would put Man United in grave peril.

After Ipswich Town was relegated, Delap has a £30 million release clause this summer.

This summer, the English football player has been connected to Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester United.

Saha told Mega Dice that instead of Delap, Man United should have an experienced striker spearhead their attack the following season.

“It would be very risky, even dangerous, for United to put all their faith in a youngster like Liam Delap,” stated Saha via Utd District.

“I don’t think it’s worth the risk, even if he is a good player.”

On the Premier League table, Man United is presently ranked fourteenth.

The Red Devils are in the semi-finals of the UEFA Europa League. On Thursday, Amorim’s team will play the Athletic Club.
