Victor Osimhen, a forward with the Super Eagles, has provided a unique window into the psychological effects of his international renown, calling it “boring” and limiting.
Osimhen discussed the drawbacks of celebrity and how it frequently deprives him of small pleasures in an interview with Instablog TV.
“I prefer to hang out with these folks [Olusosun locals].” I prefer to remain around them. Because, to me, being famous is dull. Osimhen, who grew up in the Olusosun neighborhood of Lagos, remarked, “There are times when you want to go outside but you can’t do a lot of things.”
The 25-year-old, who has gained cult following in Italy and his native Nigeria, disclosed how his fame has impacted even parenthood.

“I recall that when my family visited us in Italy, I wanted to take my kid somewhere, but I was unable to do anything with her on our first excursion. After giving her to my sister, I spent the rest of my time capturing photos and movies. “Fame is boring, just like I said,” he continued.
Osimhen is still a key player in Nigerian football and a top target on the European transfer market, despite his difficulties with the limelight.
He is close to finalizing a permanent transfer to Galatasaray, a Turkish team he played for on loan from Napoli the previous season.

Giuseppe Marotta, the president of Inter Milan, has intensified the team’s pursuit of Ademola Lookman of Atalanta, describing the next few days as “crucial” in deciding the player’s future.
According to Marotta, “this week will be crucial for the Lookman deal.”
Although we appreciate Atalanta, we are in negotiations for Ademola Lookman. We expect to go forward and close the deal in two to three days; if not, we’ll move on and concentrate on other players.
