‘I Had One Job, But I Blew It’ — Tobi Makinde Opens Up On Engagement With Mystery Partner
Tobi Makinde, a Nollywood actor, has declared his engagement to his unidentified partner.
According to reports, Tobi posted on Instagram about his failure to find his partner the ideal ring, emphasizing that “I had only one job which was to get a ring to fit perfectly but I blew it and got a bigger size.”
The actor claimed to have proposed a few months prior and to be eager for the marriage journey that lies ahead.
Tobi said he sought God’s approval before making his decision, even as he professed his love for his partner.
“I was ecstatic when the love of my life said yes to me a few months ago,” he wrote. I am looking forward to this voyage that I am about to take. To be honest, it has always looked incredibly unrealistic, but like every significant life decision I have made, I have sought God’s guidance and, believe me, he has always guided me correctly.
“Basically, my main task was to make sure a ring fit exactly, but I blew it and ended up getting a larger size. Anyway, that is now resolved. The matter of intention is irrelevant. My dear, you are loved. PS: I finally commot for the group called “Let the Singles Breathe.” Someone yell “hallelujah!”
Although Tobi started out as a kid actor, he rose to fame because to his performance in Funke Akindele’s drama series “Jenifa’s Diary.”
Additionally, he made his directing debut in Battle on Buka Street, one of Nollywood’s highest-grossing films ever.
