After missing out on moves to Chelsea and Saudi Arabia in the past, Osimhen is anticipated to depart Napoli permanently this summer while currently on loan at Galatasaray, a Turkish powerhouse.
Although his release clause has been lowered to €75 million, Napoli is open to negotiating a lesser price with Premier League teams in order to keep their immediate Serie A rivals, especially Juventus, from getting stronger.
