Mr. Eazi, a.k.a. Afrobeats musician Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade, has given Nigerian men advice on the keys to success.
Getting married to a supportive spouse is one of the keys to success, according to Mr. Eazi.
In an encounter with a Gambian content creator who just ran into him and his wife, Temi Otedola, on the streets of London, the “Zagadat” crooner revealed this.
“What do you think the principles of success are?” the interviewer inquired.
The answer was, “Marrying a good wife,” Mr. Eazi said.
In order to succeed, he also counseled young men to cultivate self-control, endurance, and a fear of God.
“The difficulty of unbelief when you’re being second-guessed, you could turn it into something that drives you as well,” Mr. Eazi stated when discussing the difficulties that have characterized his success in the music industry.
“If you’re born in Nigeria, you usually have that drive to go get it and that self-belief,” he explained. I have no idea how to describe it. It is evident in Nigerians, even in our gait. The boldness. Perhaps it’s in the soup and eba [laughs].
In November 2023, Mr. Eazi sent a birthday greeting to his father-in-law, Nigerian billionaire Femi Otedola, formally announcing his marriage to Temi.
