The continuing marital problems between Nollywood actress Regina Daniels and her estranged husband, Ned Nwoko, have drawn harsh criticism for Nollywood actress Annie Idibia.
On Wednesday, November 12, the senator’s Moroccan wife, Laila Charani, posted about her encounter with the movie actress, which reportedly caused Ned and Regina’s marital issue to take a new turn.
Charani claims that because Regina exposed her to drugs, she nearly lost her marriage to Nwoko six years ago.
In response to the actress’s allegation that she had previously given her money, she made this statement.
Laila refuted the allegation, saying she never received money from Regina and that both of them ought to present their bank accounts to Nigerians so they can “see who is paying money to their accounts.”
Laila said on Instagram that Regina’s husband’s desire for the actress to give up her purported “drug and alcohol addiction” is the only reason she is battling with him.
Laila claims that Ned has always made it obvious that he would never accept a woman who smokes, drinks, or does drugs since he detests these behaviors.
Unexpectedly, one of the social media people who liked Charani’s message was Annie, 2Baba’s estranged wife.
However, a lot of internet users were upset at Annie’s behavior, with many Regina supporters berating her and remembering how the latter had supported her after she split from 2Baba.
