Afrobeats artist Davido reportedly gave his lover ₦10 million, according to rapper Odumodublvck.
Last week, Odumodublvck thanked Davido in an interview with Beat 99.9 FM.
“Grateful to Davido, my brother,” he remarked. Due to his genuine generosity, he sent my girlfriend N10M two days ago.
“I think she’s a key part of my success, and I have to give her credit,” he said, citing his girlfriend’s support as a major contributor to his successful career.
Following his victory at the 17th Headies Awards, where he won the Best Rap Single and Next Rated categories, Odumodublvck made this gesture.
The 2024 song “Funds,” which features Chike, was a collaboration between the rapper and Davido, demonstrating their business partnership.
Davido is said to have been optimistic about Odumodublvck’s chances of winning the Headies Awards.
At the 17th Headies, Odumodublvck has asserted that he was talking about Jesus Christ when his acceptance speech was unexpectedly cut short.

He claimed that his reference to Jesus Christ was the reason for the cut-off, stating on his X account that the interruption might not have happened if he had instead mentioned Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
According to Odumodublvck, he has no animosity toward the Headies Award organizers in spite of the occurrence.
When his microphone was finally turned back on, he was grateful that it allowed him to continue and deliver his message.
He declared, “Jesus is king,” restating his support for Jesus Christ. He has been here for eternity.
“I was talking about Jesus and they tried to shut me down,” Odumodublvck stated. My conversation with His Excellency Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu would not have been interrupted, I am positive of it. Sincerely, I have nothing against the Headies; on the contrary, I am appreciative that they gave me a microphone again so I could share the gospel.
