Former presidential candidate and PDP chieftain Gbenga Olawepo-Hashim has stated that the Super Falcons’ triumph in winning the Women’s African Cup of Nations (WAFCON) trophy is a sign of the country’s rebirth and that Nigeria is making a comeback on the international scene.
Nigeria’s Super Falcons enthralled the continent on Saturday with an incredible comeback to win the African Women’s Football Trophy, in a match that has already been regarded as one of the greatest events in African sports history, according to a press statement released by Olawepo-Hashim on Sunday.
