‘They Will See the Result’ — Kwankwaso Warns Betrayers Ahead of 2027
Rabiu Kwankwaso, the former presidential candidate of the New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP), has bragged that the party is still a powerful force in Nigerian politics.
Claims that the party will lose the 2027 election were refuted by him, who said that those who made them were just mistaken.
In an interview with BBC Hausa, the former Kano governor made this statement as part of his ongoing birthday celebration.
In 2027, he reiterated his conviction that the Kwankwasiyya movement and the NNPP will continue to dominate Nigerian politics, especially in the North.
Regarding the potential for electoral fraud in the general elections of 2027, the former governor of Kano state said he was confident that the process would be more open than it has been in the past.
He claimed that the 2027 election will not be like the ones that came before it, in which money played a major role.
“Those who suggest that we will lose in 2027 are living in denial,” he remarked. The political consciousness of young people has increased.
“This election won’t be like the ones before it, when everything was decided by money. The public is now more aware.
Because our movement is service-based and focused on people, we are optimistic about its success. Voters will witness the consequences of those who betrayed the cause.
