Following a collision along the Ikorodu–Sagamu Road in Ogun State, four well-known gospel preachers—Evangelist Ayodeji David, also known as Kekere Jesu; Evangelist Iyanu Joseph; Opeyemi Adesina; and Monjolajesu Oluwapamilerin—have been officially declared dead.
In a statement, Ogun State Command Public Information Officer Florence Okupe confirmed the regrettable occurrence on behalf of the Federal Road Safety Corps, or FRSC.
The event apparently happened as the deceased were traveling on a ministry assignment.
A high-impact collision between the ministers’ vehicle and another vehicle caused the incident, according to the FRSC.

“All four of the occupants died instantly,” the Corps reported.
The tragedy apparently killed over 24 lives and included many automobiles, according to The Nation Newspaper.
The deadly crash was caused by inadequate visibility and excessive velocity, according to preliminary investigations.
Kekere Jesu and his elder brother’s wife have been buried, according to the newspaper, while his deceased P.A.’s bones were brought to Ado-Ekiti and his deceased fiancée was given to her family to be buried.
