The kidnapping of 25 schoolgirls from Government Girls’ Comprehensive Secondary School in Maga, Kebbi State, has caused great anxiety for Hajia Amina Umar Namadi, the wife of Jigawa State Governor.
In response to the incident, Mrs. Namadi posted the statement on her official Facebook site.

“My heart aches for the families of the 25 schoolgirls abducted from Government Girls’ Comprehensive Secondary School in Maga, Kebbi State,” she said.
According to her, the incident is an extremely terrible tragedy that attacks education, communal hope, and innocent lives.
“I stand in solidarity with our country, Kebbi State, and the parents and relatives of the kidnapped girls.” I fervently ask Allah to grant these students a safe and prompt return.

“I also lament the passing of Brigadier General Musa Uba, a valiant soldier who gave his life to defend our nation. May Allah ease his family’s suffering and grant him Jannah.
“Let’s unite, help our communities, and insist that our kids are always safe.”
She prayed that Allah (SWA) would provide consolation to those in pain, protect and lead the daughters, punish the offenders, and honor the deceased general for his sacrifice.
