‘Your Road Will Remain Rough’ – NNPP Chairman Warns Party Defectors

The New Nigeria Peoples Party’s (NNPP) National Chairman, Ajuji Ahmed, has chastised former party members who defected to join other political organizations.

Those who left the NNPP, according to Ahmed, will have difficulties in their new parties.

At the party’s tenth National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting, which took place in Abuja on Thursday, he said these things.

While pointing out that the NNPP is stronger and more cohesive than many other parties, he referred to the former members as “renegades.”

Ahmed advised party members to disregard individuals who defected, claiming that their choice would only cause them problems.

He went on to say that it was a bad idea to leave a tranquil party for one that was having problems.

He also made fun of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), claiming that despite outside attempts to cause trouble, the NNPP has stayed steady.

Ahmed claims that the NNPP is not governed by a single person and has no internal divisions.

He emphasized that the party is united and dedicated to its objectives and guiding ideas rather than being divided into factions or undermined by outside influence.

“I implore you to completely forget the antics of renegades who claim to be defectors,” Ahmed stated.

“May their path remain difficult.”

“We wish a man or men a safe journey if they choose to jump from placid waters only to land in a raging fire rather than just a frying pan.

“With two party chairmen, we are not divided into three sections. We are NNPP; we have not been taken over, shattered, and rendered useless by a single, all-powerful outside entity. We’re all together.
