“You’re Driving Your Husband Away” – Nigerians Slam DJ Cuppy for Asking Mom How to Boil Rice

Popular disc jockey DJ Cuppy, the daughter of Nigerian billionaire Femi Otedola, has come under fire from Nigerians for her culinary prowess.
Despite being successful in other areas, the 32-year-old reportedly stated in a post via 𝕏 on Wednesday that she still calls her mother, Nana Otedola, to inquire how long it takes to boil rice.
“Asking my mother how long to boil rice while making it big,” she wrote.

Reactions to Cuppy’s social media post were divided, with some followers saying that her disclosure would put off possible suitors.
